Wholesale & Corporate Orders

Griffin Opus works with two kinds of partners. Retailers who stock our modular paper system, and companies who order it in volume. For shops, that means carrying the line in store or online. For teams, it means a considered gift for clients, staff, onboarding, or an event. Either way you reach a person, not a portal, and every order is quoted by hand for what you actually need.

Two ways to work with us

• Retailers, for resale.Shops and stockists carrying Griffin Opus in store or online, reordering as it sells. You’ll be asked for a resale certificate before your first order.
• Companies, corporate and bulk. Teams buying in quantity to give or use, not to resell: client gifts, team and onboarding gifts, event gifts, or a larger order for your organization. No resale certificate needed.

What’s available

We take orders across our lineup, including the Modular Binder, Core Inserts, and Notebooks. Availability varies by product and season while our first production runs are landing, so tell us what you’re after and we’ll be straight about what we can do. Notebooks are the most reorder-friendly, which suits both ongoing retail stocking and larger gift runs.

How it works

• Minimums apply.Wholesale and bulk orders start at a minimum we’ll confirm based on the products and quantities you’re after.
• Lead times apply.Larger orders are often made to order, so please plan for production time. If your order is tied to an event or an in-hands date, tell us the date and reach out as early as you can. We won’t promise a date we can’t hold.
• You get a quote.Send us the details and we’ll reply with current pricing, terms, and timing. Orders are confirmed with a quote before we begin.

Pricing

We quote every order by hand, so you get real numbers for what you actually need. Pricing reflects the products, quantities, and order type, and it scales with quantity. A real conversation, not a portal

There’s no login and no automated system to work around. You reach a real person who reads your message and replies. If you have questions about products, quantities, or timing, just ask.

What to include

To speed things up, tell us the products you’re interested in, rough quantities, and your timeline. Then, depending on your path:

• Retailers. Share your shop name and website or a social link so we can get to know your store. Retail partners are asked for a resale certificate before their first order.
• Corporate and bulk. Tell us what the order is for (client gifts, team or onboarding gifts, an event, or a general bulk order), your in-hands or event date if there is one, and whether it ships to one address or splits across several recipients.

We currently ship within the United States only, including every address on a split shipment.
