We are proud to serve all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or ship to U.S. territories.
All orders ship via ground shipping for the most reliable delivery.
Because we use ground shipping, transit times depend on your location relative to our headquarters in Michigan.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii may take slightly longer due to distance and the nature of ground-to-air transit.
We stand behind every product we make. If you aren’t completely satisfied, we accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging. Personalized items and “Final Sale” items are not eligible for return.
Email us with your order number and we’ll send a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of the return label is deducted from your final refund; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Whether the mistake was ours or a change of heart on your end, we’ll provide a prepaid return label and ship your replacement at no additional cost. Limited to one exchange per original order.
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we’ll prioritize your replacement.
