Welcome to Griffin Opus. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. Griffin Opus proudly serves and ships to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories or international addresses at this time.
We strive to display the colors and images of our products as accurately as possible but cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. Prices are subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time.
All orders ship via ground shipping. Standard ground shipping is complimentary for orders with a subtotal of $100.00 USD or more (excluding taxes, after discounts). For orders under $100, shipping costs are non-refundable and calculated at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Upon approval, we provide a prepaid shipping label via email; the label cost is deducted from your refund, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. We offer one risk-free exchange per original order. Personalized, monogrammed, and “Final Sale” items are not eligible for return or exchange.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the Service without our express written permission.
Griffin Opus does not guarantee that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no case shall Griffin Opus, our directors, or our employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the service or any products procured using it.
These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.
